Foreword
Who am I to write a History of Portavogie? I have only been there once and my contact with it's inhabitants is only a few telephone calls. But if I write something here then it might cause a stir and urge someone to do something who really knows.
What I do know is a collection of scraps which have been picked up from the Web and elsewhere..
